Your privacy matters to Enso Social Work Services.

ESWS respects your right to privacy and is committed to protecting the personal and sensitive information you share with us.

We collect information that is reasonably necessary to provide Therapeutic Support and social work services, communicate with you, understand your support needs, manage your NDIS-related requirements and meet our legal and professional obligations.

We handle your information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles, where applicable.

We generally collect information directly from you. With your consent, or where permitted or required by law, we may also collect information from people involved in your support, such as family members, advocates, guardians, health professionals or other service providers.

Depending on the services you receive, the information we collect may include contact details, date of birth, NDIS information, information about your circumstances and goals, and sensitive health or other information relevant to providing Therapeutic Support.

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure.

You have rights to request access to personal information we hold about you and to ask us to correct information that is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date.
