What is Enso Social Work Services?

Enso Social Work Services provides Therapeutic Support to women with intellectual disability through compassionate, person-centred, outcome-focused, strengths-based approaches. Our services include one-on-one Therapeutic Support, Sandtray Therapy, and our specialised Healthy Relationships Program.

We use creative, evidence-based approaches to help women safely explore emotions, build emotional resilience, and develop a deeper understanding of themselves and their experiences. Grounded in the values of dignity, inclusion, and safety, we walk beside you in your unique journey toward meaningful outcomes and lasting change.

Who founded Enso Social Work Services?

Elissa is a qualified and experienced social worker who created Enso Social Work Services based on her practice framework of human rights and social justice

Elissa feels honoured to have worked alongside people in the community over the last twenty years who include those with dementia, mental illness, disability, the homeless, and the migrant and refugee community.

An incomplete Enso represents Elissa’s practice as it highlights the perfection of imperfection.
