Therapeutic Support: Healthy Relationships Program

At Enso Social Work Services, we provide Therapeutic Support tailored for women with intellectual disability. Our approach is person-centred, outcomes-focused, and strengths-based, helping women build skills, confidence, and independence in their lives and relationships.

Enso Women: Healthy Relationships Program?

Through therapeutic work, it became clear that many women were unsure of their rights in relationships. In response, Enso Women: Healthy Relationships Program – a unique, empowering program helping women to feel confident and informed in their relationship choices.

In a calm, supportive space, we will deliver one-on-one appointments over 11 weekly sessions (or fortnightly to suit your pace), and cover the following:

  • Boundaries and saying no
  • Consent and red flags
  • Types of violence and keeping safe
  • Knowing when to end a relationship
  • Seeking support

By the end of the program, women feel more empowered to make safe, informed choices.

How to Access Our Supports?

If you have an NDIS plan with funding under Improved Daily Living (Capacity Building), you may be eligible for the Healthy Relationships Program.

Services are delivered under the NDIS line item:
Assessment, Recommendation, Therapy and/or Training – Social Worker (15_621_0128_1_3)

 We support women who are plan-managed or self-managed through the NDIS.
